Multiple systems – one Customs Gateway

Customs administration uses different information systems with different interfaces. Diversity of the technologies used causes problems with electronic data exchange. Customs Gateway is there for you to solve them.

The platform allows to communicate with Polish customs systems (AES, EMCS, NCTS, OSOZ, ZEFIR) through single interface, tailored to the needs and applications used by our customers.

Abroad Customs Gateway communicates with German NCTS (ATLAS).

We are constantly developing our system, so that it covers other countries. We have also implemented a multi-language interface (Polish, English, Russian).

Regardless of the target system, Customs Gateway offers many features, including:

• possibility to use built-in customs duties calculator

• validity check and possibility to electronically sign the document before sending

• automatic documents’ matching

• managing document registry and status monitoring

• sorting and filtering documents, preparing reports and statistics

• exporting to Excel and XML

• multi-language interface (Polish, English, Russian)

The development of the Customs Gateway was appreciated by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development, which granted us Innovative Economy funds for further research and development of the platform.
