Termination of provisioning the Customs Gateway services
The National Customs Administration has decided to implement nationwide new systems for handling customs business processes. The above implementation will apply to the following systems: AIS/IMPORT PLUS, AES/ECS2 PLUS, NCTS2 PLUS. The changes result from the implementation of the provisions of the Union Customs Code.
The implementation deadline has been set for 31 October 2024 without a transitional period. After this date, the processing of new cases will only be possible under the new customs systems.
Taking into account the above situation, Asseco Poland S.A. would like to inform you that after this date, due to the changes introduced in the AIS/IMPORT PLUS, AES/ECS2 PLUS, NCTS2 PLUS systems, the WROTA CELNE software will not be able to transmit messages to the above-mentioned customs systems. The deadline for access to the WROTA CELNE service is 1.12.2024 in order to receive all feedback messages to documents sent before 31.10.2024.
In view of the presented situation, Asseco Poland S.A. has decided to terminate the provision of support and close the WROTA CELNE product line.
